School Mission Statement

The mission of the  Opportunity Academy at Kennedy Alternative Program
is to provide a safe and progressive learning opportunity for at-risk  students
and to produce young people who are personally, socially, and academically equipped and  motivated to succeed in school and life.  The faculty and staff at The Opportunity Academy at Kennedy Alternative Program  will implement strategies to transform attitudes of students in a caring, orderly, soft-spoken environment.  Students will learn to choose behaviors that result in successful participation in school and the community.
