Parents of students in Title I schools asked to take survey

The Birmingham City Schools Family Involvement Program is working to improve services to families. One of the goals in this process is to conduct an evaluation of the program through a survey of parents. Parents and guardians of students in Title I schools are asked to complete the survey. There are 25 questions, and each question must be answered in order for the survey to count. The survey is complete when the message "Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey!!" appears on the screen.

All schools with the exception of Ramsay High School, Epic Elementary School, Princeton Elementary School, W.J. Christian K-8 School and Phillips Academy are Title I schools.
